This year’s swiss granum last week, 21.11.2023, once again offered an exciting exchange with our customers. Every year, the Quality Conference brings together the Swiss grain, oilseed and protein plant industries. This year’s top topic: The potential of new arable crops for human nutrition. After all, there is still room for improvement in the popular meat alternative products.
