The worldwide officially recognized standard method for the determination of alpha-amylase activity in cereals and flour. The FN 1000 is a dual determiner and therefore enables two measurements to be taken simultaneously. Identical results of the double determination provide more certainty (incorrect weighing, filling, etc. can be ruled out). Or two different grains can be measured simultaneously (customer A, customer B) in the event of an increased rush.
